Effect of 0 toe in rear?

Installed an Ohlins coil over setup from Works and will be getting it aligned tomorrow am. The camber specs they gave me look good for a daily driver [-1.5 front & -.75 to -1.00 rear]. Ive noticed in some of my searches that guys are using less toe in the rear than the factory specs and wanted to know what the theory is behind this.
