Ok, Need a a great alignment shop in Dallas or better yet in Denton. I want quality work, No BS..specs are simple, straight forward and attainable and in no way radical. This is a street set up. So far I have had 2 shops say they aligned the car, one didn't do the rear even though I specifically asked--I checked when I got home with a camber gauge, and the second did a crap job on rear toe-- any suggestions? Specs are frt- 1.5 camber 0 toe, and rear- 1camber 0 toe. recommend only if you have personal experience with the shop. Thx in advance. M

 

Well, if you want a shop that'll give you exactly what you asked for, Cobb Tuning in Plano does alignments. Variously people have mentioned that they use Firestone or NTB with their lifetime alignment- typically you need to know someone at the shop to get it done right.

Good luck with your search. Might I suggest posting in the NTEC forum (see sig), as I don't know too many DFW'ers spend time up here.

 

i went to NTB by grapevine mills mall in 121. they did an awsome job there. they have in inground alignment rack so they can do lowered cars. i gave them my specs and they did it how i asked. -3.5deg camber front 0 toe, -2deg camber rear 0 toe. car has never driven straighter

Finally ended up at Cobb Tuning in Plano...Great guys, good alignment-- didnt pay anymore then anyone else wanted for a 4whl alignment. Worth the drive for anyone else looking for a shop to get an alignment they want..
