i wouldn't be surprised if they are because HRE's are extremely popular on dtmpower.net, a bmw forum. also, the center ensignia looks like that of HRE. too bad your picture is blurry, otherwise i'd be completely positive

 

Okay, I checked it out, and I believe they are HRE 540R or 540 wheels - very nice and very expensive.
