Original Tyres Question

OK so I am new to this all weather/summer tyres thing...got some new all weather tyres today (Falken ZIEX) but I also keep the original Yokohamas that come with this car...my question is this...i want to keep the Yoks for summer (which they are meant for) and then keep the Falkens for Winter...how can I keep the Yoks until summer without them dry rotting and vice versa for the Falkens the rest of the year?

I switch in seasons and haven't had any problems. The advans wear out quick enough to probably not be an issue, but I guess storing them in some plastic bags isn't a bad idea...but I haven't had any issues so far (advans stored 2 winters now)

Store the tires in bags (like garbage bags) and put them in a corner of your basement away from electrical appliances. Appliances create atmosphere and that's what eats tires. The basement is the most temp controlled place and that meshes well with tires also. If you don't have a basement, a garage is the next best place
