5zigen FN0R1-C question

I was calling around getting prices for these wheels today. I see from searching on this board, that most people are using a 35mm offest with a 17x9in wheel. The two places I called, recomended against it. Instead, they told me to go with a 25mm offset with a 17x9 wheel. I'm confused on what to do. Will the +25 have issues hitting the outter front fender on a lowered car? What offset should I go with +25mm or +35mm?

I have 17x9, 35mm. I'm running 255/40/17 tires and they do not rub at all and my car is dropped on Hotchkis springs.

Call Adam at Z1Auto, he will hook you up!

Thanks guys. I don't think they make a 25mm offset in the 17x9. You can only get the 25mm offset with the 17x8. Anyone else care to commet?

From my searches and talking to people on this site. The 17x9 +35mm will work with a 255/40 tire, which is what I plan on running. So why are these places telling me differently?

Thanks

17x8 with +25 will work

17x9 with +35 will work

those places don't know the car as well as the people on here do.

I agree with you on that. I just wanted to be 100% positive before I laid my money out.

Just one. It's before my springs though so beware of the fender gap!
