Help WTB: rear coilover pillow ball top hats

Looking for rear pillow ball top hats for coilovers. Not the upper spring perch or the upper pillow ball joint perch combination that Works offers. The id for the bearing sleeve that fits over the shaft must be 18mm. The sleeve itself cannot exceed 30mm in length. This is actually not out of the norm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No, Works has an upper spring perch pillow ball mount for the stock configuration or it can be used for 2.5" springs for your coilover shocks (I have this already). I need just the upper pillow ball mount or what is known as a rear "Top hat". Most coilover's include this part, but Moton does not. I may need to have the bottom of the Works pc machined off if I cannot find a supplier.
