Go ahead and swap your tires side to side to see if the pull changes. If you still have directional tires dont leave them facing backwards, just do it for the test. If it stops the pulling at least you know where the problem is. Your alignment specs dont sound bad, although it looks like if it would pull at all, it would be to the right. Although I doubt those little differences would make it pull. One thing you have to watch out for is, if the person doing the alignment is feeling lazy, you can lean on the car or push on a wheel and hit the print button and it will show it being in on the sheet but it may not really be in. So in this case, you might want to ask to see it while the car is on the rack to see the numbers while on the screen and nobody touching the car. I'm not saying this is the case for you but its still a possiblilty.

Lastly as a patch, you can always have them set the left side camber a little more positive than the right to compensate for the pulling. I wouldnt go too far because it can wear the tire more on the outside then and it can also affect handling if its too far off.

Good idea. I'll see if I can find a place like that somewhere in Texas (anyone happen to know of one?).

More good points. I follow yall's advice and start by swaping the front tires. (Is it at all possible that the rear tires could be causing it as well? Please let me know if it's possible and I will swap the rear tires as well. It seems counter-intuitive that that un-even tire wear in the rear would make a difference, but none of this alignment stuff is intuitive to me, I guess.... Thanks!

It is possible, just less likely. Most of the time its the front but I have seen the rear cause it once or twice.

IT WAS A TIRE that was causing my evo to pull to the right! I switched the front tires and now my evo is pulling to the left on the highway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL for suggesting that it may be a tire. I can now put to rest a huge stresser!!! After 3 alignments, I now finally know what's causing the right pull, thanks to you guys!

Question: Is driving on this (possibly defective tire) dangerous? I only have 3,000 miles on these tires (Khumo ASXs)???? Or, is it likely not dangerous?

Glad my hunch helped you.

I would say it's not dangerous, unless you let go of the wheel at high speed. Just keep in mind which way it pulls. Frankly, I'd get so annoyed with it, I would buy a new tire long before struggling with it.

Thanks again Whitet777!!!

When I say dangerous, I'm thinking about whether the nature of the tire suggests that it may blow-up or something (since there is obviously something wrong with it).

If it's safe, then perhaps I should just swap it out with one of the rear tires (which should either eliminate or decrease the pull, correct)?

Thanks.

All that may be wrong with it is that the tread is worn unevenly. That would be the obvious problem. If there is something wrong with the carcass, then it may be dangerous. I'd take it to a reputable tire shop to look it over.
