Bad Alignment Experience

(Begin Rant)
I'm Lowered on Eibach pro springs with whiteline RCK and I got my alignment for the second time since being lowered on friday. Which was the worst experience EVER! Did I mention that they didn't torque my rear right wheel properly? or the fact that I heard a snap while cornering on an off ramp and went drifting on the tight S turns? All of the lugs on mentioned wheel were very loose and there was a gap between the hub and wheel. Car is ok and I'm ok though. For now I am unable to drive my car until my alignment is resolved.

Before:

Front

Left Camber -1.3 / Right Camber: -1.5
Toe 0.08 / Toe -0.03

Rear

Left Camber -2.3 / Right Camber -1.7
Toe 0.19 / Toe 0.22

After:

Front

Left Camber -1.4 / Right Camber -1.5
Toe -0.01 / Toe 0.02

Rear

Left Camber -1.3 / Right Camber -1.4
Toe 0.95 Toe 0.73

Total Rear Toe = 1.68
Wtf!?

Rear end is completely unstable on bumps and feels like I'm hydroplanning at speeds above 40mph when the ground is wet. Why would a shop release a car to a customer like this. They even took the car off of the machine before giving me the print out or telling me the specs.

(End Rant)

This is a typical pinhead mistake.

The toe-arm is above the camber-arm and behind the center-line. Therefore, if you delete some rear camber (as they did), which pulls the lower end of the rear knuckle inwards, it will add a lot of rear toe-in.

You have to do camber before toe. Odds are, they did it in the wrong order and didn't go back and verify (and then fix) the toe.

Holy crap that's awful. I would ask for a full refund and take the car somewhere else.

I'm trying to picture an Evo with a degree of toe-in on each side and I keep coming up with an image of a car that really, really needs to pee.

if I had to choose between a little more negative camber to get a little less toe I'd do it. Toe wear chews a tire faster than camber and yeah that instability feeling must suck.

Bingo. Since they didn't even come close to giving you an alignment you should be entitled to a refund. Also, no chance I would bring my car back there for a second "try" at fixing it.

Here is the thing, I asked him why the toe was like that and he said that was the only way for him to achieve the camber of 1.4 when I asked for 1.0 for the rear.

That might actually be true (so maybe the "pinhead" accusation was premature). You might need shorter toe-arms.

Note: I keep repeating "might" because I am not sure. Ask others who are as low as you and only want 1.5* of rear camber.

Try andrewtech automotive. No affiliation but it's a pretty cool name.

Yea I hear nothing but good things about AndrewTech, but I may win the lotto before I land an appointment there lol. Those guys stay busy. I think I may have the dealer just hook me up with a factory alignment asap and seek a custom one later.

I just "tried" to get an alignment from NTB after I put on my H&Rs and they bent a cam bolt. seriously. Then to make matters worse, the dealers in the entire city had none in stock, they had to overnight them (from Japan j/k). So, they will finish it tomorrow. I get it half off, and some other things free to (wheel repair, mount balance of my new wheels, etc.) so I'll probably go back.

Most of the really good shops that I know of such as IAG are booked up for a while. However, I did find a shop that is busy, but offered to zero out my rear toe for the time being then I can return for the rest of alignment at a later date.
