Thumbs down 366 Euros per DISC!!!!!

It looks like the price that CTF gave sandtler as a retail price is 366 Euros per disc!!! OIbviously I won't be buying them at that price....
Maybe they made a mistake and it's 366 for the pair, but I'll find out about that.

Claudius, I'll do that as soon as I find out if that's the real price. we could even do it that way that you buy the disc and we fit it when I'm there next month... I should arrive on the 17th or 18th and will stay until the 23rd

Can either of you two MC-boys get a definite price?? Then I can send the money or something... or bring it with me.

Another idea: As I'll drive through Switzerland, and therefore Italy, where is CTF located?? I could just drive by their shop and buy them straight off them. i.e. they might "fall" off a lorry...

Hehehe, I just called CTF myself... interesting English!
Well, the thing is the guy spoke o.k. English and a few words of German so we could communicate. Anyway, he said the price is 366 Euro for one and not 450 for two (with a thick Italian accent) "IT IS IMPOOOSSIBLE.."
So, maybe you MC boys could find out a price and see if the geezer was bull****ting me, I tried the Italianway, i.e. argue, but didn't work. Probably in Italian it could work...

My CTF discs were approximately 750 euro, so I think the price is right.
It's approximately the same price of the dragon discs that cost 450gbp without vat.

Damn, Claude!! What is the real price then?? And Maxi I remember you writing somewhere that the discs were 450-460 for the pair?? In that case my 366 Euro is a good price or what??

F*ck it, I'm ordering these discs now. Just have to make a downpayment and then they'll be on order. It looks very doubtful that I'll have them before the drive down to MC....
Andre, let me know if you want them. I think you'll have to order them yourself though, cause they want a downpayment of 366 Euros before they order...

Andre, I would, but it needs a 50% downpayment first, meaning 366 Euros. I'm sorry, but I don't have that money. I told them that someone from Holland would call them. The number is +492327986799

I paid EUR 707 incl. delivery and custom for those discs. And they're definitely not made out of gold!

Cheers

Mike
