Bent Fn01r-Cs Help!! What do i do?!?!

before you begin to read this i just want to clarify that i wasn't doing any kind of speeding or illegal activities on the road. I was driving to a bbq with 2 passengers, one riding shotgun the other riding behind him. I was going 40, which is 5 mph under the speed limit because the car infront of me was going slow as hell and i couldnt pass him. In the road there was an area where the rough road meets the newly paved road and the tarmac elevates about 1inch at the seperation point. I drove onto it at 40mph and there was a pretyt big bump because the change was like a step, the road just rose up an inch, there wasnt a gradual slope. Anyways i had not two bent wheels. They are the 5zigens in gloss black, 17x9s... the front is pretty bad, and the rear is ok, since only the lip got bent.. i think... they were both on the side of the passengers.... what should i do???

I took pictures of the area and i was going to go to my town hall and complain and make them pay to replace or repair the wheels because there was no sign that indicated the bump in the road, also i was going below the indicated speed limit and i have 2 witnesses.

I also thought about tellin 5zigen since i did expect these wheels to stand up to more of a beating than just this.. maybe its a manufacuring flaw??

not really sure what to do.. just got the wheels from Z1AUTO 2 weeks ago.. and now they are messed up.. any advice would be welcomed

Picture will be up soon

what profile tire are you running... why would a small 1 inch rise do anything to your wheel or be able to reach your wheel at all?

Earlier this year, I lost control on an icey road and jumped a curb (all 4 wheels) at about 25mph. I only bent one of my flat black 17x9 FN01R-C and the bend is barely noticeable lookwise and driveability so I am just dealing with it....
