My first guess would say check the resevior and make sure the master cylinder is full. Im going to assume you've done that however since during bleeding you have to keep it full and you are experienced with bmws. If that isn't the issue try bleeding the brakes by pumping the the brake as hard as possible about 5 times then HOLD it down to the floor and release the bleeder screw. If air bubbles are found by that method than re-bleed. Other than that im at a loss.

yeah i did that yesterday before i did the full bleed... i used some older fluid and that was all bad... i thought it was new stuff turns out it was about 6 months old and opened... so i had a NEW liter in my hands i figured bleed the whole thing... no problems topped off the res each and every nipple... never even ran half way out of fluid... i have NO idea.... what the deal is... forget the track crap i can't even move it out of my garage... LOL....

you have 4 piston calipers up front.

you need to do the inside nipples too.

I dont think you bleed the system like that, I believe it is bled VIA GRAVITY ONLY, You might have messed up a flapper using the pump you are talking about, call the mitshu tech in the AM and ask how to bleed the system. I am pretty sure it is a gravity bleed only. my 2c

I used this link

http://www.joe250.com/cars/evo/brakebleed.htm

he seemed to know everything... not much different than the BMW... just i have no idea why there is no petal... at all.. i mean it hits the floor before you feel anything and then all it does is a very tiny bit... more then 1 mile per hour and you will not stop...

i have bleed it EXECTLY like the diagram on the manual shows the link above has the diagram in it...

please keep um coming i'm trying everything under the sun i know...

so far..

Reset computer pulled battery.. nothing
re-bleed the nipples in order again no air fresh super blue.
plug the ABS fuse started car same thing replace fuse same thing no difference.

not sure what else to try but to call the dealer and say ahhhh dead evo... no brakes no brakes.... but they will try to hammer me on the i put super blue in and i ruined it not covered under warranty etc etc...

UG!!!

gravity bleeding? if you do that, you'll have paint peel all over i think.

You could use the pump, it's documented.

maybe your wife's weak, didn't push the pedal hard enough. you have to push it pretty hard.

did you let the reservior go dry by acciddent when you were bleeding it? If so, I think you might have to bleed your master cylinder too. You would need 2 people for this. one person hold down the pedal while the other crack open the brake line at the master and let the fluid out. there's 2 lines on the master, do one at a time. good luck!
