I'd guess your rotors rusted and stuck to the pads. Should break loose with a little throttle, spray some water on there (don't use a lubricant), brake gently at first to scrape all the rust off, and then do several hard 60mph stops back to back to burn any deposits off the rotors. Should be good to go.

I'm betting the rotors are rusted. Check all driveline fluids, maybe somehow a differencial seized up.

start the car, pump the brakes several times. Then try to pull out again. Should work fine.

Probably pads stuck to rotors and tires flatspotted from sitting.

So, when you let out the clutch does the car stall or stay running?

this happens to me a lot, especially in the winter when i go screwing around in the snow. try giving it a little more throttle. the car should move and you will hear the pads break away from the rotors. it is kind of loud.

my outback actually just had the same problem from sitting all spring in the garage. When I tried to back it out the other day it wouldnt budge so I gunned it and the pads broke loose from the rotors and I could move again.

Exactly what he said...
Don't be afraid to apply more power to break the brakes loose.
This happens especially after a wet car is parked and e-brake is engaged and sat there for a while. In the future don't engage the e-brake when the car is wet.
