Car Wont move!!!!Help

Every time I wash my car and let it sit the pads lock to the rotors. Today it sat overnight like that and it was really stuck. I took it up to about 2000rpms and it finally broke free. I know it's been said before, but how high are you revving before trying to engage the clutch?
