if it's a daily driver, you should look into getting it realigned and getting rid of the toe-out and reducing the negative camber(which is at -2.0!) it will make for longer lasting tread wear.

Stock wheel is an 8", a 255 needs an 8.5" minimum. Really don't think thats going to work. How performance based do you want to go? Similar to the stock Yoko's? Longer life, all season, etc etc. Need some background

ok my car has the tein s techs in them.. i got it aligned already. does the 04 evos come with camber kits in them?

the tires im looking for are for daily driven and all season, im located in cali so there aint that much snow here. i want one that can still be like the stock advans. but i heard that the advans are really expensive. so i need one thats close to the performance of it.. thanks

Any kind of all season tire will not perform to the Advan's level. Not many tires in the Advan's class can even achieve that. Of the performance based all season tires, Yoko's dB S2 is a great choice for your climate. Very quiet and great handling. Pirelli's P-Zero Nero and the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S are also great choices.
