I get to be CBRE's hero!! Got a set of 16's settin in my garage right now. Already test fit and I'm waitin for the snow!

Anglo American Road Racing

There made by Image from the U.K. Three piece billet Al. 16.6lbs for 16X5. and just as pricey as all the other 3-piece stuff. I think it was almost $1,900.00 to my door. Cheaper than the other three manufactures(they were in the $650 a piece range) that can make a wheel clear our Brembos.

If your truly interested, I could e-mail you some pics. Don't have tires mounted on them yet. Maybe Neal could make me a killer deal on some ws-50's that might have got left from last season.

Have you looked into Compomotive wheels? They might have a fitment in 16" that would fit.

Email them, they're really helpful.

You're putting 16x5" wheels on an Evo?! Why? On top of that you paid a premium to get them.
I guess if you're going to use them as a dedicated 1/4mile track wheel and have plenty of money to throw around it makes a little more sense. 5" wide doesn't seem wide enough for any type of drag racing tire you'd ever put on an Evo though...

Hes right, Turbotrix used 16s for their drag car but had to put the eclipse brakes to clear the wheel. There is a better advantage in putting power to the ground...but the tires will flex more on corners and will not give you as great handling performance as a 17 inch tire will give. but dont get 16s...just looks to awkward to be driven on the streets. If its at the drag strip..its understandable. Get 17s or 18s. 19s are just a bithc when it comes to potholes.

Read the first line very carefully. "Waitin for the snow" part. 1/4 doesn't interest me anymore. Been there done that with V-8's. These wheels are set-up so I can run them in the winter and then change the inside half to make a 7.5 wide rim for the summer on a different car(track only).
