What tires are good?

need some info from everyone i need to get new tires but im on a budget.. my budget is about less than $500... i live here in san dog so i dont need to worry about snow.. I dont go t tracks or anything but i do race the 1/8 mile sometimes. i would greatly appreciate it thanks

255/40/17 Falken Azenis RT-615's on stock wheels if you can come up with a couple hundred more dollars. They were $160 each through Discount Tires. I do not think you will find a better performing tire for the money. However, within your budget, I like the Kumho MX's.

Pirrelli PZero Nero M&S.. 135 a tire, it's good in rain too. Don't track it.
