axxis pads anyone? I hear they are testing new formulas for the ultimate ceramic carbon type pad they currently offer. These new ones should KICK butt with the stock brembo setup.

I've had s set of Project Mu Titan Kai's on my Evo and now run a set of Project Mu Level Max 900 at the front.

I'm on a set of DS2500 on my STi.

Here's how they compare:

Cold:
DS2500 - Stops okay. Not as good as when it's used a bit (at elevated temp.). It's a little annoying and surprising if you've been driving hard, stopped for a while then get going again. The first couple of stops are a little worrying. Not too bad, mind. Also pretty quiet. I hadn't used any copper grease however.
Project Mu - Stops great. Every now and again screeched like a banshee. Embarassing sometimes.

Hot
DS2500 - Marked improvement. Really easy to modulate. Can be leant on quite hard and for quite a while without brake 'vibrations'.
Porject Mu - Brick wall. Somehow more prone to vibrations if used hard for an extended periods (or when going from 130->50mph a few times).

Rotor
DS2500 - Nice. Seems to be very gentle on discs. Get a nice bluish shading on the disc. Well I haven't used it that long.
Project Mu - Pretty harsh, in comparison.

Hope this helps. Must say, the Evo (8MR) is longer in the tooth than the Sti which is pretty much brand new. And the Evo's on the super sticky Yokos and the Sti is on the Pzero Corsa which I think are inferior.
