HELP! on stock MR Damping

Hi Guys

Does anyone know the stock evo MR Damping for Front and Rear.. please share.
Cause i am looking for a set of coilover for my MR .. any advise plz...thx for all

when you say damping do you mean spring rates? Damping means shock tuning to me and it's highly subjective and hard to put a # on it unless you're looking at a big complicated graph, which most companies do not share, unless you get them custom valved.
