Slight problems with Cusco bar - Help!!
I've had the Cusco OS rear strut bar installed for the last 4 months with no problems, I've never adjusted it out of the box and had properly torqued it down on the strut towers according to specs.
Problem: the middle aluminum section piece rattles when I hit a bump...though its not consistant. Playing with it with my hand, I can shift it sligthly vertically and cause this rattle sound as well, but it would not move at all horizontally. (makes sense since it appears the two end screws appear to allow the adjustment vertically)
I didn't try too hard, but it doesn't appear I can adjust the two end screws any more either. Neither do I want to, since it is factory specs.
Questions:
1. have you had this problem?
2. Is it okay to adjust those two screws? Should I?
3. If I turn the blind eye, does this diminish the effects of the bar?
also I just noticed this problem after this weekend's sprited drive in the hills around here - pushing the car to understeer/oversteer conditions...so yes I was pushing the limits of the car.

when the bars ship from Cusco, they are snug, but not as tight as they could be. This is so they can bend one of the brackets forward and fit it into the box. Tightening it is very simple - there is an large-ish allen bolt on one side, and a nut with washer on the other side. Use a 3/8 wratchet, or a wratcheting open end wrenche on the bolt, and the appropriate sized allen key, and snug it all down and you'll be good to go
