springs

what are the best spring out there for road use and occasional track use with the stock shocks? i'm looking for a good progressive rate spring.

i was very happy with my espelir gt springs prior to getting coilovers.

Works has some nice products too...

coilovers are the best bet if you plan to track/auto-cross. my .02 cents

I have S-Tech's and can't stand them. I personally think the H-Tech's have a nice drop and they are also easy on the stock shocks. I have new shock in my garage, but they will not go on til I get some other springs. More than likely H-Tech's will be my choice.

I'm pretty sure the most popular springs are the TEINs and the Hotchkis.
