I'm looking for a thread, maybe one with a poll, about 17s or 18s. Just wanna hear peoples different opinions on runnin 17s or 18.

Oh yeah, I searched and looked though the Tire & wheel forum.

 

oppinions? What oppinions are there? bigger wheel=more bling, more expensive tires, and if you don't go down in aspect ratio, better cruise gas milage and less acceleration (not that you would probably notice either)

Like if people think you should use a 17 since Mitsu did billions of hours of R&D and use a 17

Anybody that tracks (road course & auto X) their 18s and can share an opinion or even better a comparison of 17 and 18 on the track.

 

fitting 18's give you more room for bigger brakes

 

it depends on the look you want...track vs street vs economics. Personally I like 18s with 255/40/18.

 

stick with the 17,s and you wont have to worry over pot holes
