Heat Cycling ???

I have a new set of full-tread RA-1s that I want to heat cycle. Do I have to run them on the racetrack (road course) to get them hot enough for a heat cycle, or will 100 miles of driving on the highway at 75 - 80 mph do the trick? No guesses, please. Thanks.

According to the usage guide, they don't need to be heat cycled.
