be careful with those ssr sp1's, make sure to get atleast a 40 profile, those rims bend VERY easily, i speak from experience.

i guess i,m going with a 245x40 michelin ps2. i,ve heard from so many people already its driving me nuts about tire fitment. some say the 245x40 will rub in the back, some say no problem at all.everyone agrees a 255x35 will fit no problem but i dont want to go that wide. i definetely dont want to roll my fenders so its going to be a 245x40 tire and hope for the best. if i rub with them then i,ll have no choice but to roll the fenders but like i said i would rather not.

come back to this thread and let us know if you rub with that offset and tire size (and let us know the brand of tire you get)

R those the H tech springs? I just put S tech springs on mine and it is slammed. 1 and half finger gap in da front and half finger in da back. U still have a 2 finger gap in da front. Just curious. A lot of people buy the S tech's because of the lower drop. So I am just trying to inform that those r not the S tech's.

SSR says to run a 18x8 +31 so you don't really need to run a 18x9 but if that's all wheel vendors get for you, guess your stuck.
