Getting new rims!

Well I have decided that instead of buying a new BBS MR rim from the dealer i will just get a new set of rims. I was talking to a friend who works at the dealership and said it will be around 450 just for 1 rim without a tire !!

So i started searching online for new rims and i found something i liked. Iam going to go with the 5Zigen Fno1r-C rims in matt black. Which looks like flat black but they call it matt for some reason. Now i was wondering would these rims look better if they were 16inch or 17inch? These rims are going on a white evo 8 mr which will be lowered soon also.

Another question for you guys even though this is tires and break forums. I bought a carbon fiber lip because i messed up the stock one when i hit a curb. I also bought carbon fiber side skirts because my other ones got busted also. Should i paint these pices or just leave the carbon fiber look. I think it will look good unpainted with my rim setup since its a flat type black. But i dont want to be a ricer .

thanks!

peoples opinions on what is rice and what isn't greatly varies. Some people would already put you in that category because of the cf and black rims on a white car. . .

SO, do what makes you happy. That is all that really matters. f everyone else

There's nothing wrong with having black rims on a white evo. As a matter of fact I wonna do that to mine. White rims would look good too.

ToMuchBoost... if you like the cf look, stick with it, if not then there really isn't a need to gettin cf parts just to paint over them.

Don't let anyone put you down by callin you rice.

16"? Buddy buddy, i don't even think those rims in 16"s will fit your car. If they do, they will look way too small. I would go w/ 18" if i were you. Do a search and you will find plenty of pics of those rims in 17 and 18's.

Are you really thinking about putting on 16" wheels? I would paint the side skits for sure, but not the lip.

Sorry now i realize 16" would be stupid .. I hangout with alot of kids that drive honda's and they all have 15" and 16" rims. Most look really good to i didnt think they would fit with the brembos anyway.

16" will be way too small, 17" is no better then stock ... if going 17" I would stay with the BBS, 18" will look bad ***!
