Swift springs installed

I just got my swift springs installed this weekend and was told to wait about 200 miles before getting the alignment. Now Im just wondering.... Im in the market for new rims..... should I wait and get the rims first before getting the alignment or will it not matter ?

Thanks

saiyan its better to let the springs settle for a few days, even a week or about 250 miles

I have the swifts installed on my MR ....seems like it's smoother than stock which is why it might feel softer?? these springs sure does absorb the bumps well

but for track use, I dont think these can hang....too much body roll for tracking...

With most tires it won't matter waiting a while, but if you are running super-fast wearing tires like Advans you might think about getting an alignment the next day, then another one in a week or so when the suspension settles again. The reason being, dismantling the suspension and installing lower springs will most likely result in excessive toe settings, normally being toe-out. It only took 1,000 miles for the inside of my Advans to be shredded after shoddy work by the dealer without any follow-up alignment.

any solid 25mm rear bar does, actually! Robispec recommended bar is the progress, but swift is probably just as good!
