I would say, drive a little bit more, and go on alignment again, see if that helps

tweakdsm- they are megan coilovers, i dont think that its the coilover i think a setting is off somewhere in the setup
Well,
did the shop that did the corner weight and ride height do the alignment? If so, go back and talk to the alignment guy and tell him how the car feels, vs how you want it to feel. A little more toe in up front (you are at 1/32 now with .03") should tighten up the steering feel a little, or just drive it for a few days and see if you get used to it.

As far as the front feeling soft.... If you have adjustable dampers click them up a notch or two and see how it feels. Do you know the spring rates on the coilovers?

If the front "plays a little" it is because you have zero toe in the front. Many people would describe this same condition as "front end wander". To get rid of this you need to get the alignment shop to put in some "toe in"

If the front feels soft it would be due to either to little spring rate or I think you may be describing a shock with too little rebound stiffness for the spring rate you have.

the spring rates of this setup is front 8 and rear 6,

somebody brought up good point about the dampening, before i kick myself in the head, whats a normal setup supposed to be like stiffer in front and a little softer in rear or the otherway around. i have to go check, i probably have it all messed up

The stock suspension is not very hard to improve on, however it is very very very easy to make your suspension worse.

I missed where he said he had it cornerbalanced, i just saw where he had said he tried to level the car out by eye and by a picture, which counting threads would be much more accurate in that case.

And Toe is a great thing for handling, turn in response to be exact. Maybe not daily driving, but even stock the Evo comes with a significant amount more toe in then other cars.

when i said i used a picture it was only for refrence where the car stood stock, i wasted a great deal of time measuring each coilover so left and right were exact i used the pic to see front too back.

i then when and had the car corner weighted, but this place is an hour away and its not easy to go and talk too the guy.

just too make sure, should dampening should be stiffer up front or in the back.

I don't know how adjustable your rebound is, but stffer in the front will equate to more understeer. Stiffer in the back will give more oversteer.
Given the set up you have now, I would put all 4 shocks on the same setting and continue going up one click at a time on all four till you like the ride relative to what the front end is telling you. I do like your base set up of zero toe all around and one deg of neg camber all around. This is an ideal compromize that will give you good even tire wear on the street and will be pretty good on a road course track. Your alignment is exactly what I run now on my 05 GSR with GF210's and a Hotchkiss bar on the back with stock shocks.
