Just got my toyo proxes delivered to my house from Edge Racing and I'm just curious on how much you guys paid to have your tires mounted and balanced. I called up pep boys and they wanted 90.00. Then I called up this local place and they only wanted 37.00. Just curious seems like a really good deal

 

I paid $100 for all four at the local Discount Tire, that included disposing of the worn Advans.

 

$10-20 / tire seems to be the going rate. I always buy local because I can usually convince the tire retailer to mount and balance for free. Obviously that's not an option with edge racing. 37 bucks seems pretty reasonable. I really like the mom and pop garage's because they charge a more sane rate. However, you should make sure that they have the proper equipment and will be responsible if they damage a wheel.

yea i just got it done and it ended up being 37 dollars. Its not a mom and pop shop its quality care ford so they had the equipment and they did a great job

 

tire kingdom always charges me 44 bucks which seems very fair

 

Did you get the Proxes fours? I have them and like them for a all season tire. I think you will be happy with them.
