Will the Cusco Lower Arm Bar Version 2 clear a 3" downpipe?

Searched a little more thoroughly and found my answer

 

Well it clears my 3" perrin downpipe which is a full 3" inside diamter. I put like 2 washers underneath each bolt hole just to give a little more room to breath. The cusco v1 fit no problem either with the Perrin downpipe. Which downpipe do you have? If you are going to buy one still, I recommend Perrin due to the great quality craftsmanship, perfect fit, and it is a full 3" where some are less.
