Lightbulb Adjusting headlights higher?

I was wondering if anyone had figured out yet how to raise the headlights a bit, so that maybe Position 2 is where they are now at Position 0, to give more range of up/down adjustment?

Somebody had posted a pic on the Evo main board, showing the toothed wheel on the back/middle of the light assembly that adjusts the height. It has a 10mm bolt head on the back side of it, which you can turn counterclockwise to raise the lights. Mine are set to where the 2nd adjuster position is a good angle, so I can dial them up if I need to.
