Is it Possible?

To change the front rotors without removing the brake pads
Can i just unbolt the 2-19mm bolts that are on the caliper and slip on and off the new rotors?

I don't think so. When you pull the caliper off the pads will come out. You have to pull the caliper back kinda far to get the old rotor off and the new rotor on.

just unbolt the caliper and the pads stay in place by 2 pins and a spring. YOU DONT have to take off the pads in a fixed caliper. A sliding caliper u dont either but its alot more difficult.
