I run AO32R's (S) on the street. they last just fine if you don't drive much. The sidewalls ARE nice and stiff. Stiffer than RA1's...similar to the stock Advans. They are loud loud loud though They sound like big truck tires with the roaring noise they make. I use them for autox, road course also.
Can your friend get more at 125 each? I'd take 4 if he can. I'm in Cincinnati so I'm pretty close.

I can ask him, and let you know. I have a sidepipe on my car, so I am used to "loud"

HA! I just wanted to give some DOTRs a good beating...I acutally live in southeast ohio, so I'm not close at all...haha thanks for the offer...

If you can get a hook up for another set of 4 for 125, I'll totally buy them!

SE, Ohio - Man you got some nice curvy hilly roads down there. I lived in New Lex and Zanesville for a while. Been thinking about making a trip down there with the EVO just to drive those roads again!

They are on, NO SPACERS needed, and they had to ROLL the rear fenders only. have lots of room, even with the aggressiveness of the coilovers. (I think it sits lower than the "lowering springs".) Will post photos tomorrow.

Well, I ran 255 RA-1s today at Mid Ohio, no fender rolling and no rubbing (stock wheels). What wheels are these on? Not sure why you'd need to roll the rear fenders. My car is pretty low - you can barely get one finger between the top of the rear tire and the fender when the car is static - under compression negative camber increases, pulling the top of the tire in and away from the fender lip.

Yea they must be wider than normal 255's then if you had to roll the rear fenders.

Maybe like the Michelin Pilot Sports cups? I have them in 255 and they are more like 275's, I had to roll the hell out of the rear fenders. With 255 RA1's, they cleared with no rolling.

Where were you guys earlier?? I was told that It would be safer to roll the fenders, I guess I didn't want to chance cutting the tires down at speed somewhere. they are the Team Dynamics Racing rims, stock size. It appears I wasted my money again. (rolling fenders) . I want to hit Putnam Park SOON, if there is an event there. Hope to see you there Greg! Thanks for the input.

Hey Kevin, those tires look good. Im interested in those pics. How much did you lower your car with your coil-overs? I dropped 1in on all four on my new set up. And Ill be going to 255/40/17 on my stock rims (I hope - if it all fits well).

I am LOWER than Lowering springs by a little bit. the ones on the yellow evo in the photo, are stock size tires, on TEIN "S" tech lowering springs. and mine you can see they fit fine. I will look for my cable to get photos from my camera to the computer. I will have photos up today.!!
