I will be putting these on my car, 255/40/17. I read here and there, that they fit, that they dont fit, etc... I will see. My friend came over with a "stock-height" Evo 8 with them on, and he said he has NO issues with them. He didn't even have to roll the fenders.

I am lower, on coilovers. I will roll the fenders, put maybe 1/8" spacers around if I have to, and report back to you guys/gals tomorrow with "fitment" photos.

Treadwear 60!!! Looks like I will stick pretty good!!

They are AO32R's. the toyo's (RA1's were 100 treadwear, and sticky) these should last me about 30-50 miles then! I am going to do the combo of Drag/Road racing and Autox. also street/daily driving. I don't know how long they will last though, I will keep you posted about rubbing, ride, feel etc.... The first thing they will be put to the test with, is the Drags. that will be this weekend, or next. will post videos. Yes the sidewall feels SOLID!

A friend of mine owns a GM dealership, and a tire store. He wanted my 15' illuminated outdoor sign, and I needed some tires, so we TRADED!! I got what I wanted, and so did he! Win-win!! I think his cost was 125 per tire.

He actually got them from the tire rack. they are in a whearhouse in Missouri?

yeah, that sounds about right with that threadwear, but it's weird that the H compound is rated the same... I suspect H compound might be harder and could take more heat....I wish I had the disposible money to "test" some Advans out...lol

Go get a 15' illuminated sign, I think my friend could use another one!! since I got the tires, they were in a sence "free", what kind of testing do you want me to report on?? If you live close to Indy, you can test them out on my car!! Actually, I have an office in Connersville, thats closer to Ohio!!
