what exactley do you mean not having any luck?
i have a hotchkis rear sway and i love it. hollow so it is nice and light, and adjustable so you can choose the setting that suits you best.
came with good strong mouting hardware, and a detailed instruction book. took about an hour and a half to put in all said and done, and that insluding some beer drinking and laziness.
just a tip though, if your bar comes with grase for the bushing, wear some gloves or apply it with something else, because that stuff is next to immpossible to get off your hands.

I would think stock 22mm rear sway bar is plenty for daily driving. If you track your car, I would go with cusco which is only +1mm from stock. Too stiff of a rear sway bar, I always fear that car could loose some traction when it goes over a bump.... Obviously, it would not be the case with track surface.... I am not sure if I would upgrade for daily driving...
Just my 2 cents.......

Something you do when have no other mods left to do.
We've been very happy with Whiteline and Cusco swaybars. Complement a good set of springs very well.

so how do sway bar's help you. does it give you more grip in your turn befor the rear brakes or does it let the *** end brake out sooner????
and how do you know what is the right bar, right size, and right for you and for your car??????????????
i am getting swift springs and i just want to improve the handling of the car without having to get coilovers.

Increasing the diameter of the rear swaybar increases the weight transfer at that end of the car. Total weight transfer for the car stays the same, so in effect, the added weight transfer at the back must reduce it at the front. Soo...the front tires see less weight transfer and are more evenly loaded, improving grip at the front of the car, where it's needed.
In addition, the reduction in body roll improves total grip by maintaining dynamic camber, so the saying that a rear sway bar adds to oversteer simply by reducing rear grip is not entirely true. Rear grip usually improves as well, depending on the size of the bar (and about a million other variables).
