Tires on evo

How many of you just kept the stock tires on the evo?

Also how many of you did not keep them on and what kind of tire did you put on them?

I kept the stock tires. Funny thing was I asked the dealer how much they were to replace and they had no idea!

Based on the test numbers the stock tires seem to work pretty well. I have had no issue with them on dry or wet pavement so far.

i'm going to get a new set of wheels (volk's, advans or something), and transfer the A046's over and then use the Enkei's for winter with an all season performance tire for the winter...

Well the A046 seem too expensive to waste on the road

Maybe change the tires for reg use and put on the A046 for autocross and stuff

i think they are over 200 bucks
They are on tire rack

Didn't know Tire Rack had them. For some reason I had in my mind that you were not going to be able to buy them from other than .

$209/tire. Still a bit pricey. Expect to pay over $300/tire at a dealer, though.

im thinking Toyo T1-S or RA-1's... I like the Advans...but I want 18" wheels (TE-37's or SE37's ) and the advans are more money...plus size?
