Cusco 23mm 3-way adjustable rear sway bar is the best money can buy from my experience. I have it on my Evo and it was by far one of the best suspension mods I made to my Evo. It's great when you can adjust it to each track. I do advise you to test each setting on an autocross type set up so you can safely, see the limits and how it changes the way the car handles.

Another advantage of the Cusco is they have been making suspension parts for the Evo for years since the Evo I came out. Plus they have track experience to back it up.Also it is a solid design not a hollow bar. Myself I dont trust a hollow bar to hold up in the long run and really how much weight are we talking about. This is a suspension part it needs to be tough and rigid.

To quote robispec - Any solid 25mm swaybar is your best bet. I went with the progress bar and Robi sells a variant of this bar to the best of my knowledge. His is 3 position adjustable as well...

I have the swift front and rear on my car. They are awesome, can totally feel the difference! Can't go wrong with a company that specializes in drifting. They are a solid non-adjustable bar whick leave no room for flaw, designed to perfect spec!

i have a hotchkiss adjustable 24mm sway bar in mine.
i gotta say, i like it alot. the adjustability is nice. i can set it stiffer for the autoX and softer for daily driving. also, like mentioned above, it is hollow, which certainly cuts down a good bit of weight, even over the stock bar.
in all honestly though, i don't think there is neccesarily a "bad" sway bar for the evo. it all just depends on what particular features you're looking for.
