yeah, I'm just looking to go the cheaper route with springs, as I don't drive the evo but around town on the weekends. I just don't want to get poorer quality springs that will end up damaging the shocks.

Tanabe 210s... they look awesome and you can barely even tell that they're stiffer than stock. Got them for $161 shipped from Axiom Power... I'd say that they will cover most person's needs in the looks/handling department.

Those slammed civics are bouncy because the idiots driving them prolly either cut their springs which made them super stiff or bought really low stiff springs and didn't bother getting matching dampers. The evo is already over-dampened from the factory so you can avoid having to buy matching dampeners for most springs

I just got my GF-210's from Axiom Power today. They are very good quality, a lot of other EVO owners I've talked to said they love the ride and handle really well. I'm just waiting to install mine.

The stock suspensions is great, why ruin a good thing? If its not broke don't fix it! This car aint no honda, so what's the point of lowering it?

In your descision, just make sure that the spring rate is higher in the rear. To keep the stock drivability. Swifts are an excellent choice, drives great. Peace.

Personally, I want to improve the handling on the track; that's why I want to upgrade. I'd like to lower the center of gravity, improve the handling and make it look a little meaner alltogether.

Not sure what I want yet, but don't want to spend $1300-$1500 on coilovers at this point. Need to research what's good for street driven and occasional track.
