Does the steering wheel vibrate when you apply brake at speeds over 30mph?

I have hawk hp+ pads and they cause the steering wheel to shimmy . There is nothing you can do about beside buy different brakes, dont try to file the edges down like many threads suggest , they will crack and fall apart. Bottom Line i will NEVER buy hawk again . Other members experience no problems with these brakes but i have had nothing but trouble with them

MIne does that when I initially apply the brakes at over ~50mph but then quickly goes away. Im on stock pads and rotors.
