Thinking about
I was thinking about lowering my Evolution VIII with Tein S springs. Don't have the funds to do the struts . any how has anyone done this and can i see a picture of it . I want to see if the outcome is that all four wheels are lowered evenly or does it come out uneven when the front is still higher than the back or vice versal. Picture would help and if you can let me know if it will cause any camber issues for 4wd cars

Any suspension change will need a proper alignment.

one of the guys i know in the northwest(washington) has a set on his car and its looks very even on the car but he said once he could hear the bumpstops getting hit when people were in the car. i would say save up and just buy a full coilover set
From what I've gathered... the Teins look really nice, and a good for street, but aren't stiff enough for track...
If you're going for looks & daily driving... I'd say get the Teins... that's what I plan on doing.
If you want better track performance, obviously, a full coilover set or some stiffer, more expensive springs are in order.
For $130, though, I can't turn down the Teins

Please don't go with the Tein's. Yes, they're cheap but you really get what you pay for with these springs. I had Tein S Tech's and the ride is no good for street let alone the track. The spring rate on them is so low it's suicide for your shocks. Go with the Swift, there are several vendors on here selling them for ~$270 shipped. They're worth the extra $120!!!

ya go with hotchkis, tanabe or swift. teins are squishy and sag after some time. use the registry on this site, its great for getting pics of whatever mod u wanna see, and u can specify RS, GSR or MR. tanabe gf 210 offers pretty even drop f and r and dont cost much.
