Sorry to dig this back up...

Do any of you that put the Swifts or other known-to-be-good springs on your car actually ever track it before and after putting the springs on? If so, did you notice at least similar suspension performance with the new springs as the stock springs? Did you notice a decrease in performance at all? I've read that while it may *feel* ok, it actually has shown to increase times on the track, even with Swift springs... Just trying to figure out if this was true or not.
