why not just rattle can? unless you have everything already and have a paint picked out.

duplicolor has their own wheel paint in flat black. I'm about to use it but spray clear over it so it's not going to be flat. Also I cant seem to find any local auto stores that have them in stock (black).

I dont know if you have tires on your rims but if you do you will have to mask it.

1. clean wheels with soap and water.
2. sand the wheels down.
3. clean the wheels again.
4. wax and grease remover.
5. spray on primer (i'm pretty sure this isn't needed since your stockers should have paint left, but if you sanded through you should. And you might as well it's cheap.)
6. Sand with about 600.
7. reclean with soap and wax n grease remover.
8. tack everything off.
9. spray wheels with paint.
10. if it comes out good then you can leave it. If you have dust or whatever sand and respray or buff (but i'm not sure th rattle can will buff out nicely.)

Follow the instructions on the can like cure time and whatnot.

oh yeah do it in the proper temperature and clean enviroment. I'm pretty sure you dont have a spray booth or nothing so wet the floors with water to prevent the dust from coming up.
