Evo to Lancer front Brakes.
Now where to get them at the cheapest price. Now the 2g front kit would include pads calipers and rotors... would the brake lines work or would I just get standard evo brake lines/use my stockers?
donour gave you a pretty good link.
A1 auto sells the Evo RS Calipers from Japan. In Japan, the RS evo rides on 2 pot calipers and are usually fitted with 15 or 16. Take a look at the site. I think the price is like $800

Are you planning to just drag the car only and not drive it on the street at all? Or you're just looking for a combination of both?
I thought the willwood would save you weight drag and the Evo RS brake would probably be good for both duties.
Well good luck with what you're doing and best of luck.

All Eclipses have the same bolt pattern as Evos do. I've seen Evo wheels (and brakes) on 1G Eclipses and 8G Galants, so I think for the most part they are interchangable. Its just that the offsets are different and maybe some of the lines need massaging.
Putting 2000 Eclipse GT brakes on an Evo should be no harder then putting 2G brakes, or an aftermarkit kit designed for any of those other cars - on.
