Stock Auto-Xer

Hello all
I have been reading posts but I couldn't find so now I would like to ask.

I am doing auto-X in local club, they are not SCCA but they follow SCCA rule and I am in stock A class (Evo8) and I have been looking SHOCKS not coilover but I can't find them.

Please help me out.

Koni can do custom inserts, Ohlins makes replacement struts that are dampening adjustable and A stock legal. Search "autocross stock" on these forums for more info. I think Works sells the Ohlins...

Head to the Motorsports forum down below and look at the big, long thread that talks about optimizing for A-Stock.

Also, be sure that's the route you want to take, because it's very limiting, and even though you can't have many mods, you have to have really fat race tires to be competitive. I have more fun with my Evo modded nicely than I would if I tried to only have a cat-back and shocks...

Not if you put r-comps into the equation. All stock classes require badass r-comps to be competitive. That's why they came up with the Street Tire (ST) classes so that people could compete without needing huge r-comps...

You asked the same question in 2 places - that's called cross-posting and is not allowed. Stick to the motorsports thread dedicated to this topic. No need to ask it here in this forum.

Jack Brennen, one of the best, already answered you.
