for some reason im thinking you might need spacers, cause i dont think it will fit over the brake calipers...some one correct me if im wrong?

and i dont think i have ever seen this size and offset rim on an evo..

i thought the smaller the offset the more the rim stuck out from the car? meaning they would clear the calipers before 40mm offset would?? i figured if i had any problems it would be with the fenders not the calipers but i dont know for sure.

anyone else got a clue?

I would be surprised if they didn't clear the calipers, as high clearance is one of the good qualities of the FN01RC. That's 13mm lower offset than the stock enkeis, meaning they will stick out about 1/2" more than stock, so if anything, it's the fender clearance running wider tires that might cause some interference, but I think you will probably be fine. At the most you might need to roll the fenders. If you're running more camber or are willing to with this etup, that will help too.

That is the right size 17x8 +25 I checked before with 5-Zigen. The +35 won't clear the brembo's !

17 x 8 w/ a 27mm offset will fit fine...i'm currently running 18 x 8 w/ a 20mm offset and have no problems at all (assuming your rear fenders are rolled)
