What size? If your answer is 255-40-17, you are waiting till the national backorder gets filled. The company I work for buys 70% of Toyo's product worldwide and even we are running low on RA1's in the normal sizes. Have plenty of 275/35-18's though.

Hey, evoixpr, if you're going to go to the expense of running larger-than-stock rims, then you should get the most out of it you can. 245s are not even as big as what people run on stock rims when they get RA-1s, so you should look for something bigger, imo.

 

So, what is the biggest size I can get on a rim 18x9 30offset?

275-35?

 

275/35 might work, but you may want 285/30. I'm not sure how tall the 275/35s are, but those _might_ fit.

I think 285-30 will not fit, and maybe 275-35 won't fit eathir beacuse the 35% of 275(275-35) is more than 30%of 285(285-30)

Maybe 265-35 will fit perfect but the only tire in that size is the Pilot Sport Cup.

 

Well, 285/30s do fit, but they require fender rolling. Most of us who are serious about auto-x use 285/30s on 18" rims. 265s may fit for you without much modification, but I'm not certain.

 

Warr, how did your fender rolling go? Any problems w/ paint cracking?
