Eh....that's a big opinion question. Carbo's are great pads, however the noice level from what i've heard is on par with the hawk HP+ pads, which for a daily driver....is annoying. Performance is great however. A frined of mine in an A3 (he had the ones 1 step above the Panther carbo's, forget the name) and i were at Sebring, driving pretty much neck and neck, i glazed a set of HP+'s where he didn't, however 30% of his pads were worn. So its very debatable, however i would stick with Endless or Performance Friction personally. Great wear, haven't glazed a set yet. (racing compunds that is)

Carbonetic? or Carbotech?

I ran the Carbotech XP12f/XP10r at Sebring and after changing my old brake fluid, they were awesome. No fade, no pulsing, very linear, great initial bite. Better than any pad I have ever used.
