I had a set on my 2000 GTi before i bought the evo. Warping resistance is pretty good, however i did manage to hot spot them on both fronts because it was 93 deg out and i kinda forgot to roll the car forward (was diving for the cooler instead). Other then that they seem to hold up pretty damn well. My only complaint would be that they are not 2 piece roters, and don't save any weight. But for a one piece its the best i've used.

I was looking into getting these rotors as well, i was also looking into the EBC "dimpled and slotted" rotors. Any opinions on those as well??

I've never really trusted EBC since a pair of their "green stuff" pads warped a set of rotors on a Benz and a RX7. Their rotors look decent, however i've also never been a big fan of dimples. Ok great, they look good, but the performance is lacking. Rather then straight through holes (which also weaken the structure of the cast), you get a pit that fills up EASILY with dust, esp if you have metal pads, rendering the option useless. I also can't confirm where they get their rotors from, or if they cast them themselves....like power slot claims to. With the slots only you get an end-to-end slot where the roter has a chance to swipe the gasses/dust and so forth away from the pad and rotor. Just seems like a better design to me. I could be totally wrong though.

I currently have powerslot rotors. I like them just fine. I noticed some imroved fade resistance. They can be kinda loud at times.

I run these, and they are great. You should run a race pad or as close as you can get to a race pad because that really compliments these rotors(as recommended to me by Powerslot and Hawk). I run Hawk race pads on the street with these rotors and they are awesome. With this combo the break in is pretty quick and before you do any heavy stopping on the street or track, just do some warm up stops. They are the same weight as stock and the Slots actually go the opposite way as every one elses rotors(as explained to me by Tech support at Powerslot.) I sell these rotors in my shop and decided to try them and I am completely happy with them. If only they made a two piece version...

Power Slot Rotors For Sale

I've got two sets of power slot rotors - a set of the Cyros and a set of regular power slots. I need to sell one of these sets, which will be which ever one somebody wants to buy more. They were given to me at Christmas time and have never been used. I still have all the original packaging, instructions, ect. They look awsome and from what I've heard, hold up pretty good. The cryo rotors ran $660.00 and the regular ones ran $530.00, without tax and shipping. Anyone interested?
