hey guyz, im looking to get some springs in the next month....had a question which ones are the best and im going to be buying an 18x9 wheel with a decent size tire, maybe 255, so which spring would be the best for me, no rubbing but low enough....thanks

Yeah Get the S-Tech's if you want your handling to be worse than stock, It does give the car a slammed look but suffers on performace.

I installed Swift springs and I love them, there pretty expensive but worth it. Doesnt drop the car that much but it actually improves handling and response.

I have heard great things about Tanabe and Swift

 

I,ve been looking into the swift springs to go with my stock shocks. From what i hear its definetely the way to go. I have a bone stock suspension,just 18x9 SSR SP1 professors with 245x40 tires. I,m told the car will sit perfect and ride and handle much better than stock.Anyone using swifts with there stock KYB shocks? I,d like to know what you think.

but seriously, if you can't afford coilovers then get swifts

 

Dont get the tein s techs unless you plan on running on your suspension bump stops all day long... swifts are the way to go.... tanabe's are not nearly as good but are def. second to the swifts, and the price diffrence shows it. Also i dont really mind at all, but i guarantee you are gonna get flamed for this thread... This is one of the most talked about suspension topics on this forum, try and do a quick search first at least before posting on a topic...

 

plenty of people have swift on stock shocks...most will agree that swift is the best way to go if you just want springs

 

i have the tanabe gf210 with 18x9 advan rgII with 245/40/18. i could go with 255/35/18 tires but i would rub on the plastic fender well clips. here are some pics of 4g63 guy evo who is lowered with swift with 245/40/18 from this thread https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ghlight=canyon ill try and find you some pics with a 18x9 lowered on gf210

o by the way.....is there just one type of spring that swift sells or more???

 

Swift sells a specific spring for the MR and another for the non-bilstein equipped cars.
