if you mean the rear brake disk then you can try tapping it off with a mallet. If that doesn't work there is a threaded hole in the brake disk; just thread a bolt into the hole and that will back the disk off. I can't remember the specs on the bolt you need off of the top of my head.

use one of the radiator bracket bolts in one of the threaded holes in the rotors. Only brake them loose a little per side at a time. If you just try to use one bolt hole to remove them, you may strip your radiator support bolt in the rotor.

you can also use a bolt from the rear seat. Just unclip the bottom part and pop it off, then take out any one of the 3 screws that hold the back seat on. They work perfectly.

i have never removed it on the evo, but the e-brake was integral on the STI. Make sure you have you e-brake lever down.

are you planning to use the rotor again?? If not just hitted with a hammer hard and it will break loose but if you plan to reuse hitted with a rubber mallet its tough but it works

I don't remember the size but you can easily take the bolt off your rear seat in under 1 min. Its even easier than running out to a hardware store to buy a bolt
