brake clunk

I just installed front and rear pads and now when I am coming to a stop I get a click sound from the rear brakes. It only happens once when I kit the pedal. Any suggestions on the problem?

Like when you press down on the petal once it hits the friction point, it makes a click noise?

yeah when I press the pedal it seems to click once the fluid get moving. Just one click though until you release the brakes and drive for a bit.

Mine started like i want to say 8 to 9 months after installing brake pads. I checked and nothing is loose. It's only when i come to a slow stop. I hear the clunk like something is engaging or disengaging.

Bump:

Mine too just started doing this. I go slowly forward and step on the brake and it makes a noticable THUNK.

I just put on RotorPro blanks and Racing Brake ET500s fed with Techna-fit lines and shortly after an autox, it began doing it. Performance doesn't seem to be hampered one bit; still stops very crisply, just makes that noise.
