slotted rotors on backwards?

a friend said these are on backwards.... are they?
there were little stickers on them, right and left...
im gonna be pissed if i have to redo them...
thank you!
looks good to me, i dont think it really matters though unless the mfr specifies. benz uses brembo for their performance brake hardware and they have no pref considering its the same part for left and right even on the the SL65's

It depends on the manufacturer. You should consider adding that as a third choice. My Rotoras go the same way. The slot sweeps the pad inside out.

DBA have the slots in their rotors this way to 'minimise' brake dust. They market their discs as 'racing' products, but know that the majority of their product will end up on road cars. I run the DBA5000 discs, but I installed them back-to-front, so the slots are facing the other way... this gives slightly more 'bite', at the expense of pad life, and resulting in plenty of brake dust. Your friend's suggestion is not without merit, but it's really about what you want out of your brakes....
the real question, is why you pulled your suspension, to install a rotor.
The rotor should take air from the inside of the hub (rotor) and pump it out through the veins during use. Think of which way the wheel is spinning, and which way the air moves out of the veins.
That tells you which way they need to go, however, the slotting looks right.

I have Racing Brake's slotted rotors and the slots are oriented (correctly) in the opposite direction from the OP.
Remember, brakes are there to stop your car quickly and efficiently, not necessarily look good.
